Need embroidery in additional positions?

For example, if you require an embroidered logo on the left breast and the right sleeve of the same garment, please split this order into two parts.

First, enter the number of garments and then select "Left Breast" as the position before clicking the "Add to Basket" button in Step 3.

Next, return to the appropriate page by selecting Embroidered Logo, from the View Basket page. Then, repeat the above process, but this time select "Right Sleeve" as the position.

Then lastly, proceed through the checkout where you will find a field for additional comments. Please enter a note here to specify that the two embroidered logo items are meant for the same garment(s).

If in any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please remember that only one item of personalisation is free on the same garment. When returning to the Embroidered Logo order page, please select our Standard (paid-for) Service for your second piece of embroidery

Express Service

Our Standard Service is to despatch personalised garments within 14 working days. (However, during quieter times of the year we can often despatch sooner than this).

If you would like your order to be guaranteed despatched sooner than our standard service, tick the Express Service checkbox. Your order will then be ready for despatch within 5 working days, subject to stock. An additional charge of £35 + VAT will be added to your order as you progress through the checkout.

In the unlikely event that we fail to despatch your order within 5 working days, the Express Service charge will be refunded. Please note that the cost of the personalised garments themselves cannot be refunded in this unlikely event.

You only need to tick the Express Service checkbox once per order, not for each garment. All of the garments in your order will be treated as express.

Alternatively, you can post your artwork to us in the form of a compliment slip or letterhead. Feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss your artwork.

*Note If your logo artwork is particularly complicated, it may be the case that we need to charge slightly more for this one-off setup fee. We will let you know if this is the case.

Logo Setup

To be able to embroider your logo onto your garments, we first have to "digitise" your logo so that our embroidery machines know how to stitch your logo. This is done using special software which reads your logo in whatever format you give it to us in (i.e. a Jpeg or PDF file ideally) and creates a digitisation file (or "setup disc").

We only have to do this setup once. Therefore we only ever need to charge you once for the setup (as we keep your digitised logo setup on file). If you have had us embroider your logo in the past, you do not need to pay for the setup again. You also do not need to send us your artwork again, unless you have had us embroider multiple logos in the past and we need to clarify the logo to be embroidered on this particular order.

If this is the first time that you have ordered Logo Embroidery from us, please tick the "Sending us Artwork" checkbox. This will add the one-off setup fee of £35 + VAT to your order total.
