GORE-TEX fabric has a polyamide outer layer and uses a micro porous PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane hidden between the outer and inner linings of the garment.
This lightweight membrane is 100% waterproof, highly breathable, windproof and comfortable. This means it will not let the rain in but will let moisture vapour such as condensation and sweat out.
This innovative fabric is so lightweight that the wearer is unaware that they are insulated by 3 layers.
Fast drying mesh lining. Interactive zip to allow PR806 to be zipped in. GORE-SEAM® tape to all seams ensures the jacket is 100% waterproof even in the most extreme conditions.
Fully interactive zip with double storm flap. Roll away hood with adjuster. Drawcords with adjuster toggles at waist and hem. Two zip handwarmer pockets. Map pocket and inside wallet pocket.
In order to maintain the integrity of the GORE-TEX® membrane this jacket has been designed to be embroidered in 4 positions only: left breast, handwarmer pocket flaps, hood retainer and centre back yoke.
Incorrect embroidery positioning will puncture the GORE-TEX® membrane. Machine washable.

Embroidered Lettering

Our standard embroidered lettering service costs just £2.75 + VAT per garment for an area of up to 10cm x 4cm, with a choice of eighteen colours and three lettering styles.

Larger areas can be embroidered subject to sight of requirement and acceptance of our quotation. Please email or call us to discuss your requirements in this case.

If the colour you require for your embroidery is not offered here, please contact us. We can match ANY colour that you may need.

Embroidered Logo

We can embroider your actual company logo for just £3.50 + VAT, using a combination of up to nine colours, to a maximum area of 10cm x 10cm.

For areas larger than 10cm x 10cm we will quote by return.

Just send us your artwork or a compliments slip and we will prepare a disc for a one-off set-up fee of £35.00 + VAT. Customer logo discs are kept on file for future use, so there is no set-up charge for repeat orders.

*Note If your logo artwork is particularly complicated, it may be the case that we need to charge slightly more for this one-off setup fee. We will let you know if this is the case.

Heat Pressing

Permanent and washable, heat pressing is ideal for single colour messages up to 30cm x 21cm.

For straight forward simple text we charge £3.99 + VAT per area per garment. Heat pressing is suitable for any fabric in the workwearhouse collection.
