We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging and transport packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please include the original picking list or invoice document which is your returns ID, without this we can not refund. Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty or if they differ in any way from the goods advertised.
Goods that have been personalised as per your requirements are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for specification errors which arise once the order has been acknowledgement.
